Trials and Terrorism

Many people feel that in dangerous times, suspected terrorists should not be guaranteed a speedy trial. They feel the government should have as much time as it needs to gather evidence.  Other people disagree. They argue that some of these prisoners are held for years and then found innocent. They say that everyone is entitled to a fair trial because America is a democracy.
